is one such team, with the third highest winning percentage among active
franchises in NBA history. The Spurs are based in San Antonio, Texas and has
achieved four NBA Championship titles, which is a record parallel to Chicago

seventeen division titles in thirty-three NBA seasons. This puts them in the
first place among the NBA teams, to carry out the most division titles, with
the Lakers at second place with sixteen titles. Since 1977, the Spurs have not
missed the playoffs in the twelve seasons and have also made the playoffs in
nineteen out of the twenty seasons. The Spurs exists as the city's only team
amongst the four U.S. professional sports leagues. Being winner of approximately
seventy percent of the games since 1997, the Spurs are ranked as one of the
best teams in professional sports.
